Ordering
How do I place an order?▼
Visit getzivo.in, click "Find Stores Near Me", allow location access, choose a nearby pharmacy, fill in your details and medicines, and place your order. It takes under 2 minutes.
Do I need to create an account?▼
No. Zivo Meds requires no account creation or login. Just visit the website and order directly.
What medicines can I order?▼
You can order OTC (over-the-counter) medicines without a prescription. For prescription medicines, you will need to upload a valid prescription from a registered doctor. The pharmacy will verify it before dispensing.
How far in advance can I place an order?▼
Orders are fulfilled on-demand. Place your order and the pharmacy will prepare and deliver it, typically within 1-2 hours depending on your location.
What if no pharmacy is found near me?▼
We are expanding rapidly. If no pharmacy is within 1 km, you can contact us at
[email protected] and we will try to arrange assistance or notify you when we expand to your area.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?▼
Most orders are delivered within 1-2 hours. Delivery time depends on the pharmacy's preparation time and your distance from them.
Is there a delivery fee?▼
Delivery charges may apply depending on the partner pharmacy. Any applicable charges will be communicated to you before delivery.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?▼
Contact us immediately at
[email protected] or call if you need to change your address. Changes may not be possible if the order is already dispatched.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?▼
We currently accept Cash on Delivery and UPI on Delivery. No advance payment is required. Online payment integration is coming soon.
Is it safe to pay cash to the delivery person?▼
Yes. All partner pharmacies are verified by Zivo Meds. Always collect a receipt and verify your Order ID with the delivery person.
Prescriptions
How do I share my prescription?▼
Upload a clear photo of your prescription (JPG, PNG, or PDF) directly on the order page. Make sure all details including doctor's name, signature, and date are clearly visible.
Can I order prescription medicines without a prescription?▼
No. Prescription medicines require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner as required by the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. Partner pharmacies will not dispense prescription medicines without one.
Tracking
How do I track my order?▼
Use the Search Order feature on our platform. Enter your Order ID or 10-digit mobile number to see your order details. You will also receive status updates on your WhatsApp number.
Can I cancel my order?▼
Contact us immediately at
[email protected] if you need to cancel. Cancellation may not be possible if your order is already out for delivery.
