Zivo Meds ("we", "our", "us") is a pharmacy aggregator technology platform committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Zivo Meds connects customers with verified licensed local pharmacies. We are a technology intermediary. All transactions occur between customers and partner pharmacies through our platform at getzivo.in.

2. Information We Collect

• Location data you share to find nearby partner pharmacies
• Name, mobile number, and delivery address for order fulfillment
• Medicine list and prescription images you provide
• Platform usage data to improve our service

3. How We Use Your Information

• To match you with the nearest verified partner pharmacy
• To process and track your order on our platform
• To send order status notifications
• To respond to customer support queries
• To improve our platform and matching accuracy

4. WhatsApp and Messaging Services

Zivo Meds uses WhatsApp Business Platform to send transactional order notifications and respond to customer-initiated support queries. All orders are placed on our secure platform. We do not process orders, collect payments, or facilitate medicine transactions through WhatsApp or any messaging application.

5. Data Sharing

We share only the minimum information necessary to fulfill your order with the partner pharmacy handling your delivery. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections. We do not store payment information. Our systems are access-controlled and regularly reviewed.

By using the Zivo Meds platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Platform Description

Zivo Meds is a pharmacy aggregator technology platform that connects customers with verified licensed local pharmacies. We are a technology intermediary only. We do not directly sell, stock, or dispense medicines. All fulfillment is carried out by our independent partner pharmacies who hold all required licenses under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

2. Ordering and Transactions

All orders are placed and processed exclusively through our secure digital platform at getzivo.in. WhatsApp and other messaging services are used solely for order status notifications and customer support communications. Customers should not share payment details through any messaging channel.

3. Prescription Medicines

Prescription medicines are dispensed solely by our partner pharmacies upon presentation of a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. Zivo Meds does not dispense prescription medicines directly.

For Schedule H, H1, X drugs and any other medicines where a prescription from a registered medical practitioner is required, those orders will only be dispatched if a valid prescription is shared by the customer and verified by our licensed partner pharmacy. Orders for such medicines will be cancelled if a valid prescription cannot be provided or verified.

Customers placing orders for prescription medicines acknowledge that the Partner Pharmacy is solely responsible for verifying the validity of any prescription before dispensing. Zivo Meds, as a technology intermediary, does not verify prescriptions and bears no liability for the dispensing of prescription medicines. Customers are advised to have a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner ready at the time of delivery. The Partner Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel any order where a valid prescription cannot be verified.

4. WhatsApp Communications

By placing an order on our platform, you consent to receiving order status notifications via WhatsApp. These are transactional messages only. You may opt out at any time by contacting [email protected].

5. Partner Pharmacies

Partner pharmacies are independent businesses. Zivo Meds verifies and onboards partners but is not liable for the quality, pricing, or availability of products or services offered by partner pharmacies. Any disputes regarding fulfillment should be raised at [email protected].

6. Limitation of Liability

Zivo Meds acts solely as a technology intermediary. We are not liable for delays, quality issues, or disputes arising from partner pharmacy fulfillment.

7. Compliance

Zivo Meds operates as a technology intermediary and digital marketplace under India's Information Technology Act, 2000. Partner pharmacies operate in compliance with India's Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and applicable state pharmacy regulations.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
