Frequently Asked Questions
Is there any cost to join?▼
There is no cost to join Zivo Meds. No registration fee, no subscription, no upfront payment of any kind. We operate on a simple commission model — a small percentage is applied only on orders that are successfully delivered. If there is no order, there is no charge.
How do I receive and manage orders?▼
Once onboarded, you receive access to the Zivo Meds Pharmacy Portal — a dedicated dashboard where all incoming orders from nearby customers appear in real time. You can view full order details including customer name, delivery address, medicines requested, and payment method. You manage the entire order lifecycle from the portal — accepting, preparing, dispatching, and marking orders as delivered. You also receive a WhatsApp notification for every new order as an additional alert.
Do I need to handle delivery?▼
Yes. Delivery is handled entirely by your pharmacy using your own staff or delivery person. Zivo Meds does not provide logistics. We connect customers to you — fulfillment and last-mile delivery are your responsibility. This keeps you in full control of your customer experience and delivery timelines.
What cities is Zivo Meds available in?▼
Zivo Meds is currently live in Kanpur. We are actively expanding to additional cities. If you are based in another city and would like to bring Zivo Meds to your area, write to us at
[email protected] and we will prioritise your city in our expansion roadmap.
Can I reject or cancel an order?▼
Yes. If a medicine is out of stock, the prescription is invalid, or delivery to a particular address is not feasible, you can reject the order directly from your pharmacy portal with a reason. The customer is notified immediately. We understand that rejections happen — however, a consistently high rejection rate may affect your visibility on the platform.
How are prescription medicines handled?▼
Customers have the option to upload a prescription when placing an order. A prescription must be verified before dispensing any Schedule H medicine, as required under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. If a customer has not uploaded a prescription but you believe one is required for the medicines ordered, you may contact the customer directly on their registered WhatsApp number to request it before fulfilling the order. You must reject any order where a valid prescription cannot be obtained or verified. Schedule X medicines must not be dispensed through this platform under any circumstances. Zivo Meds is a technology intermediary and does not verify, authenticate, or validate prescriptions in any capacity — prescription responsibility rests entirely with the licensed pharmacist.
