Zivo Meds uses WhatsApp Business Platform to send transactional order notifications and respond to customer-initiated support queries. All orders are placed on our secure platform. We do not process orders, collect payments, or facilitate medicine transactions through WhatsApp or any messaging application.
We share only the minimum information necessary to fulfill your order with the partner pharmacy handling your delivery. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
We retain your information for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
