Zivo Meds is a pharmacy aggregator technology platform that connects customers with verified licensed local pharmacies. We are a technology intermediary only. We do not directly sell, stock, or dispense medicines. All fulfillment is carried out by our independent partner pharmacies who hold all required licenses under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
All orders are placed and processed exclusively through our secure digital platform at getzivo.in. WhatsApp and other messaging services are used solely for order status notifications and customer support communications. Customers should not share payment details through any messaging channel.
Prescription medicines are dispensed solely by our partner pharmacies upon presentation of a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. Zivo Meds does not dispense prescription medicines directly.
For Schedule H, H1, X drugs and any other medicines where a prescription from a registered medical practitioner is required, those orders will only be dispatched if a valid prescription is shared by the customer and verified by our licensed partner pharmacy. Orders for such medicines will be cancelled if a valid prescription cannot be provided or verified.
Customers placing orders for prescription medicines acknowledge that the Partner Pharmacy is solely responsible for verifying the validity of any prescription before dispensing. Zivo Meds, as a technology intermediary, does not verify prescriptions and bears no liability for the dispensing of prescription medicines. Customers are advised to have a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner ready at the time of delivery. The Partner Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel any order where a valid prescription cannot be verified.
By placing an order on our platform, you consent to receiving order status notifications via WhatsApp. These are transactional messages only. You may opt out at any time by contacting [email protected].
Partner pharmacies are independent businesses. Zivo Meds verifies and onboards partners but is not liable for the quality, pricing, or availability of products or services offered by partner pharmacies. Any disputes regarding fulfillment should be raised at [email protected].
Zivo Meds acts solely as a technology intermediary. We are not liable for delays, quality issues, or disputes arising from partner pharmacy fulfillment.
Zivo Meds operates as a technology intermediary and digital marketplace under India's Information Technology Act, 2000. Partner pharmacies operate in compliance with India's Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and applicable state pharmacy regulations.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
