1. Platform Description

Zivo Meds is a pharmacy aggregator technology platform that connects customers with verified licensed local pharmacies. We are a technology intermediary only. We do not directly sell, stock, or dispense medicines. All fulfillment is carried out by our independent partner pharmacies.

2. Ordering and Transactions

All orders are placed and processed exclusively through our secure digital platform at getzivo.in. WhatsApp is used solely for order status notifications and customer support communications.

3. Prescription Medicines

Prescription medicines are dispensed solely by our partner pharmacies upon presentation of a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

4. Payment

We currently support Cash on Delivery and UPI on Delivery. No advance payment is required. Zivo Meds does not handle payments directly.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zivo Meds acts solely as a technology intermediary. We are not liable for delays, quality issues, or disputes arising from partner pharmacy fulfillment.

Zivo Meds connects customers with verified licensed local pharmacies. We are a technology intermediary. All transactions occur on our platform at getzivo.in.

2. Ordering

All orders are placed exclusively on our platform. WhatsApp is used only for order notifications.

3. Prescription Medicines

For Schedule H, H1, X drugs and any other prescription medicines, orders will only be dispatched upon verification of a valid prescription by our licensed partner pharmacy.

4. Payment

Cash on Delivery and UPI on Delivery only. Final price shared at delivery. No advance payment required.

5. Liability

Zivo Meds acts as a technology intermediary under the IT Act, 2000 and bears no liability for partner pharmacy fulfillment.
